#1 COMMISSIONS
Receive a percentage of sales from your personal transactions, including your own purchases. As you expand your team, you'll also earn a percentage of the sales generated by Beauty Planners whom you personally recruit. It's a straightforward process: sell, grow, earn!
#2 INCENTIVES
Qualify for bonuses based on the volume of your personal group, according to specific criteria. These bonuses are accessible at various ranks and increase as you progress through the RIMAN Compensation Plan.
